Brainspotting– BSP is a counseling technique that involves identifying and focusing on brainspots (spots in a person’s visual field) to help people process and release emotional weight associated with past events. It can be helpful for a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, mental blocks, physical pain, negative emotions, creativity, sports performance, overthinking, and security or confidentiality concerns.
